Winterization

·         Remove water from system by blowing pressurized air through all mains and lines

·         Bleed backflow preventer of water

·         Disconnect timer

Spring Start-up

·         Pressurize system

·         Review entire system for proper operation

·         Clean clogged nozzles and adjust arcs

·         Re-set controller for spring schedule

    Mid-season walk through

·         Pressurize system

·         Review entire system for proper operation

·         Re-set controller for current weather condition

·         Provide a punch list of items to be repaired

Note: Material and labor not included for repairs
